Foothill Shopping Center Gets A Leg Up With Remodel

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) June 12, 2008 -- SC Management Company and their construction affiliates invite local dignitaries, neighbors and friends to the groundbreaking celebration for the renovation of the Foothill Center, 5833 S. Central Avenue in Phoenix on June 23rd, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. on the Pro Ranch Market patio.

Appetizers, a margarita fountain, music and the breaking of piñatas will all be a part of the festivities at the center located on the northeast corner of Central Avenue and Southern.

Pro Ranch Market, a new addition to the Foothill Center, is an award-winning store focused on the Hispanic market. The store specializes in the variety, brands and fresh, authentic food enjoyed by the Hispanic community. The supermarket chain is one of the fastest growing Hispanic Supermarkets in the country with stores in Arizona, California, Texas and New Mexico.

In addition to the supermarket, the center's merchants include: Donut Central; 99 Cent City; Fashion Avenue; Water & Ice; New Sun Star Super Buffet; Sudha Wigs and Gifts; Martin's Shoe Repair and Gifts, Titan Auto Insurance; H&R Block and Rent a Center.

Design One, Inc., Architects and Project Management Firm provided services for the Foothill Shopping Center. The Principal Architect for the project is Mani Subra, AIA. Pillar Group, Inc., a full service Commercial General Contractor, will provide the construction services for the project.
